What is Greek Box?

Greek Box designs and delivers on-trend apparel, accessories, and promotional products straight to your door, every month. We're made up of a group of sorority alums who know the struggle of finding quality, licensed, Greek apparel. Don't worry, we won't send you bland designs. :) Every month is a celebration of friendship, sisterhood and trend-setting styles.

Are you licensed with my sorority?

Absolutely. Greek-Box.com is the subscription business of University Life Outfitters and licensed with all featured houses. We maintain licensing and royalty payments for 22 fraternities and sororities. If you don't see your sorority just email us and we'll give you a licensing update. 

When will I receive my first Greek Box?

Your Greek Box will leave our headquarters on or before the 8th of each month and following your successful payment. Order by the last day of the month to get the next month's box. For example: if you order any time in July, you'll receive the August box that ships on August 8th. If you order any time in August, you'll receive the September box that ships September 8th. Greek-Box will ship via United States Postal Service to the USA and Canada - please allow up to 7 days for shipping (possibly more to Canada). 

Can I track my monthly shipment? 

Yes. You will receive an email confirmation with your USPS tracking number. Greek Box cannot be held responsible for stolen packages so please be sure to secure your daily mail properly.  

Can I customize what I receive in my box? 

Unfortunately at this time, we are not able to customize what you receive in your box. We do our best to make sure each month's box is a special gift, created just for you!

When will my card or PayPal be charged?

Monthly accounts will charge your bank on the 18th of each month. 

How do I change my shipping address?

Once logged in, go to your account tab and click Edit under the address. This only affects the shipping/delivery address, this does not update billing information related to the method of payment.  Be sure to change your address before the last day of the month to guarantee your shipping label is correct for the package shipping by the 8th of the following month.  

How do I change my size?

Please note: ALL CHANGES MUST BE MADE BEFORE THE END OF EACH MONTH. Production begins on day 1 of the shipping month, so in order to receive the corrected size, you must login to your account by the last day of the month. In your Account tab you'll find your current selected size on the lefthand side under Your Subscription(s). Click Edit, then choose your desired shirt size.

How do I change my billing information?

In your Account tab you'll find the current method of payment along with the current billing address. However, this is not the same as the shipping address. You would edit the address in this section if something has changed for the card holder's place of residence or the email address on file.

What is the cancellation policy? 

For monthly subscriptions, cancellations before the 18th of Month X will not be charged for Month Y, and you will not receive your Month Y delivery. If you cancel after the 18th of Month X, you will be charged for Month Y, and you will receive the Month Y delivery, but the cancellation will be effective immediately following the Month Y delivery. For 3-month subscribers, cancellations for the current series may only occur during the first month before the 18th. If you cancel during the first month, you will receive a refund minus one month's charges.

How do I cancel my membership?

In order to cancel your subscription, you will first need to log in to your account. Go to your account tab, then under Update Your Information, click EDIT. At the bottom of the page, you'll find the Cancel Subscription button. You would use this if you would like to no longer receive this subscription product.

What is the refund and return policy?

Due to the nature of our products, we can only issue refunds and accept returns in the unfortunate event that your delivery arrives damaged. Greek Box cannot be held responsibe for stolen packages. Please contact us at hello@greek-box.com for further instructions.
